Your trial starts the moment you complete signup and add a card. It runs for exactly 30 days. You will receive an email on day 27 reminding you that your card will be charged on day 30. Cancel any time before day 30 and you pay nothing.

Khai ships a full install bundle at signup. Requiring a card reduces abuse and lets us deliver the Pro and Max bundles confidently. Free Lite does not require a card since there is no download involved.

Log in at getkhai.com, go to your account page, and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No early-termination fee, no waiting on hold, no email required.

Your Khai install keeps running forever. Subscribing is not paying for runtime access. It is paying for ongoing updates: new skills, agent improvements, and memory schema refinements. Cancel and your last-downloaded bundle stays functional on your own Anthropic plan. It just stops receiving weekly updates.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage your plan from the account portal at getkhai.com/account.

Both, separately. You pay us for the Khai bundle, updates, and support. You pay Anthropic directly for API usage through your own Anthropic account, typically a few dollars per month for regular use. We never touch your Anthropic billing.

If you are charged for the first time and Khai is not right for you, email support@khai.bot within 14 days of the charge and we will refund you if you have used it on 5 or fewer days. After 14 days we issue refunds only for clear product failures we cannot fix in 10 business days. Full details in the Refund Policy.

Khai is available worldwide with the exception of Russia, Belarus, Iran, and Crimea, which are blocked for compliance reasons. If you are in one of those regions and see a block page, that is expected. We may expand access in the future.
