Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Khai for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Annual plan cancellation
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year. You retain access through the end of the paid period. We recommend trying Khai on a monthly plan before committing to an annual subscription if you are unsure.
Renewal charges
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you did not intend to renew and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription immediately. After 48 hours, the renewal charge is non-refundable.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe the request is abusive (for example, a pattern of subscribe-refund-resubscribe). Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
How to request a refund
Email support@khai.bot with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your Khai account. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
