Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do with Khai software and services ("Services") operated by CoreElement Inc. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted use

Khai is licensed for your personal productivity and internal business use. You may install it on machines you own or control, use it to automate tasks on your own accounts and data, and share outputs it helps you create.

Prohibited use

You may not use Khai to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws and privacy regulations.
• Access accounts, systems, or data you do not have authorization to access.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing emails, or other deceptive communications.
• Generate or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of any system.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Khai software or any component of it without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Khai software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair them.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the Services to facilitate illegal gambling, drug trafficking, or other criminal activity.
• Create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or account restrictions.

AI model usage

Khai routes your requests to Anthropic's Claude models using your own API credentials. You are also bound by Anthropic's usage policies for all AI-generated content and actions. We are not responsible for outputs generated by the underlying AI model.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of any use of Khai that violates this AUP, please report it to support@khai.bot. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and without liability. We may also report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
